At Pilates Napa Valley, we incorporate classic and contemporary Pilates on spring-loaded Pilates apparatus. Group classes are performed primarily on Balanced Body Allegro2 Reformers with Cardio Jump Boards, Peak Pilates MVe split-pedal Chairs, Wall Towers, Cadillac, Ped-o-pull and Wunda Chair. We also incorporate small apparatus, for a dynamic, flowing, up-tempo, whole-body Pilates workout. Our method teaches you how to initiate movement from your deep core muscles to stabilize and protect your joints, slim the body, build core strength for better balance, increase flexibility and move with efficiency and grace. Small Group Classes of 10 max students, Semi-private of 2-3 students and Private 1:1 Sessions available daily.

New to Pilates? Tired of not getting the attention you need in large group classes? Pilates by Molly offers specialized private lessons on traditional Pilates apparatus, as well as group mat classes at Napa Valley Yoga Center. You will be meticulously guided through a workout with focus on detail for next level results. Expect the “burn!” Molly has over 22 years’ experience teaching both reformer and mat repertoire. Her expertise covers a wide variety of concerns such as back pain, post-op surgery, scoliosis, pregnancy, and age related limitations. You’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in!
