American Canyon’s dining scene has been expanding, and ONE TEN Restaurant & Bar offers something a little different from the city’s more casual options.
The restaurant describes itself as American Canyon’s first farm-to-table restaurant, with a menu built around locally grown ingredients and a mix of California-inspired comfort food and more polished dinner choices. Current offerings include dishes such as red wine braised short ribs, seared salmon, seafood pasta, a house burger, risotto, and a rotating selection of seasonal vegetables.
ONE TEN opened at 110 W. American Canyon Road in January 2025, in the former Junction Brewery space. The restaurant has since developed into a full lunch, brunch, dinner, and cocktail destination, with a separate bar program that includes its signature 110 Purple Rain cocktail made with gin, pomegranate, pineapple, orgeat, and lime.
The setting is designed to feel more polished than a typical neighborhood restaurant without becoming overly formal, and the restaurant also has a garden patio for outdoor dining. That patio is dog-friendly, which is why ONE TEN also appears in this week’s Dog-Friendly Napa Valley guide.
ONE TEN is currently open seven days a week, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. For American Canyon residents looking for a local option for dinner, drinks, brunch, or a meal with the dog in tow, it adds another distinct choice close to home. |

Used to love Junction Brewery, kinda miss it, but ONE TEN seems like a nice upgrade for the neighborhood.
Does anyone know if they have vegetarian options? I didn’t see many mentioned and that’s a big deal for me.
