First Street Napa Trades a Quiet Saturday for a Harvest Hoedown |
Free music, line dancing and family activities fill First Street Napa on November 7 |

You don’t need a wine-country weekend reservation to make an afternoon of downtown Napa on November 7.
First Street Napa is hosting its Harvest Hoedown from 12:30 to 5 p.m., with free admission at 1300 First Street, Napa.
The celebration pairs country music and family activities with the grand opening of Lucchese Bootmaker’s first California store.
Pick your part of the afternoon
The published schedule starts with the Billy Williams Band from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., followed by line dancing with Rachel from 2:30 to 3:15.
North Forty takes over from 3 to 5 p.m.
Wine Country Aerials, face painting, flower wreaths, and a photo booth add reasons to wander between performances.
Treat the schedule as a starting point: check the event listing for updates before setting out.
Admission is free, but that doesn’t mean every purchase or offering during the afternoon is included.
The event will raise money for Community Action of Napa Valley and includes a raffle with a $1,000 Lucchese gift-card grand prize.
For an extended outing, an after-show at Tonewood & Courage features the New Rivertown Ramblers; check with the venue for the finishing time.
The organizers also list an indoor rain plan in nearby suites.
Check their latest directions if the weather turns; an autumn forecast needn’t automatically cancel the afternoon. |
