Evangeline is Calistoga's best Al Fresco dining destination. Evangeline's Garden Patio serves as its main dining room (tented and heated during the cold seasons). Opened in 2015, Evangeline has earned many accolades including Michelin rating, top 100 restaurant of Bay Area, Top 20 Napa Valley Restaurant etc. Evangeline is a casual Bistro with a menu that reflects local and seasonal ingredients; everything from produce to fish and meats are procured from local farmers, foragers and ranchers. The menu changes seasonally but certain classics are year long staples such as Fried Chicken, Steak Frites, Shrimp Etouffee, Bouillabaise, etc. In addition to regular dining Evangeline is available for Private Events.
