Eight North is a wine-focused restaurant and bar in downtown Calistoga featuring a seasonal wood-fired grill, wine tastings, cocktails, and local wines from Calistoga and Up Valley producers. Great for groups, private events, and celebrations. The warm modern space includes two private dining rooms ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, holiday gatherings, and group dining. Evangeline is Calistoga's best Al Fresco dining destination. Evangeline's Garden Patio serves as its main dining room (tented and heated during the cold seasons). Opened in 2015, Evangeline has earned many accolades including Michelin rating, top 100 restaurant of Bay Area, Top 20 Napa Valley Restaurant etc. Evangeline is a casual Bistro with a menu that reflects local and seasonal ingredients; everything from produce to fish and meats are procured from local farmers, foragers and ranchers.
