Meet Kona! |
A sweet, playful Husky with adoption fees already covered |

Kona is a 6-year-old white Siberian Husky who came to the shelter because of a housing issue, not anything she did. Her previous family describes her as very sweet and playful. She loves her toys, and she loves a good walk even more.
Now she’s looking for a new family to love. She’s ready for a home where her happy personality can shine and where plenty of adventures are waiting.
Good news for adopters: Kona’s adoption fee is sponsored, so the cost of bringing her home is already taken care of. She’s fine with other dogs and previously shared her home with a Husky pal named Wyatt, who is also available for adoption. Kona does best in a home without cats.

Hope she and Wyatt both get adopted soon. They must miss having a home.
She is beautiful, but I don't think my small yard would be enough for a Husky.
I adopted an older Husky once and she was the best walking partner. Someone is going to be lucky.
Six years young and ready for more adventures. Good luck, Kona!
Does anyone know if Kona is okay being left alone while people are at work?
Housing issues can turn a family's life upside down. I hope Kona lands somewhere wonderful.
A Husky who loves long walks sounds like the perfect match for an active home.
She sounds playful and sweet. Too bad I have cats at home.
Kona and Wyatt together would be so lovely. Hope they can find a home as a pair.
A sponsored adoption fee is wonderful news. Hope someone goes to meet her.
I wish I could take her, but my apartment doesn't allow dogs.
Poor Kona, having to leave her home over housing. Hope things work out for her.
She sounds like a great walking buddy. Six years old is such a nice age.
What a sweet girl! I hope Kona finds her new family soon.
