About
Under-Study // [a culinary playground of constant discovery] where experimentation meets refinement, the unexpected becomes familiar, curiosity leads to craft, playfulness balances precision, and art intersects science [always evolving] Under-Study is an all-day café which brings together a curated blend of culinary and beverage disciplines — viennoiserie, bakery, pastry, butchery, coffee brewing, and wine. Every ingredient we source, seed we plant, technique we refine, and tool we use is intentionally under study. The name reflects our ongoing pursuit of excellence and curiosity in everything we create. café – patisserie – bakery - butcher counter – wine shop - teaching kitchen
