Clemente's Authentic Italian is a family-run restaurant in Napa, CA, serving handmade pasta and Italian comfort food for over 50 years. Founded by Clemente Cittoni, who began his culinary journey at Napa's historic Depot Restaurant in 1974, the tradition continues today through four generations of the Cittoni family. Everything is made from scratch, in house, every day — including our award-winning malfatti, spinach & ham ravioli, gnocchi, and 16-hour meat sauce. The name reflects Chef Massimo Biatta and his wife Sonia Giovanazzi the passion for cooking with love and sharing that love with their community. In Italian culture, food is a symbol of love and family and Lasagna Con Amore with his shining food trailer and catering will bring directly this love to you. Lasagna Con Amore goal is to make everyone feel like they're experiencing a taste of home, made with love, just like Nonna used to do.
