Guests can taste a curated selection of exclusive wines daily, enjoy customized tasting flights and private tastings with Gustavo. Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are available for tastings and personalized visits. Bazán Cellars is a boutique, family-owned winery offering intimate wine tasting in downtown Napa. Founded in 2005 by Mario and Gloria Bazán, the winery is rooted in Mario’s 50-year journey in Napa Valley, from farmworker to grape grower and winery owner. Known as a Cabernet house, Bazán Cellars offers guided tastings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and other small-lot wines. Guests can also reserve Roots & Flavors, our signature wine-and-Oaxacan-mole pairing experience. Walk-ins are welcome; reservations are recommended for private tastings and groups.
